Given their historical character, the challenge was even bigger: to unify the two old buildings into one, creating more living spaces and taking advantage of the green spaces facing east. We took up the challenge head on and, after years of study and preparation, Independente 188 is being born, where we will have a total of 12 equipped units, with typologies from studio to two bedroom duplexes.
Right in the middle of the city, and without being able to count on large areas, we designed the concept of the building in order to optimize the life of its residents.
The Intendente area guarantees centrality with a strong residential and cultural component and has recently undergone a renovation process that has brought a young, modern and international atmosphere to it. To support the demand, it already has several fully refurbished residential buildings.
