I am happy with the investment advisor, and follow up on the property issues. The problem is mainly the Developer, who is slow in responding and acting. The After Sales services, specifically the property reports can be improved further.

As an expat, it is incredible difficult dealing with real estate advisory agencies in other territories. These difficulties typically necessitates a physical visit to their offices in order to get things done.
