Do you know Portugal? Have you ever been around?
We are surrounded by the beautiful ocean, by the infinite power source of the sun and even though sometimes it get’s my hair messy, the wind is part of the landscape as well.
Water, sun, and wind – perfect energy sources, right? Unlimited, by the way.
With 100 % renewable energies Portugal went 4 straight days running perfectly, and if you ask anyone, nobody noticed it.
So yes, once again, Portugal makes the Top chart, this time on the leading countries using renewable energies.
You must know now, that I love to brag about Portugal, but this time I have to say – Sweden and Finland need to be mentioned in this blog post. 53,9% of Sweden’s energy is renewable and Finland achieves 39.3%, amazing numbers comparing with all the other countries in Europe, and let’s not even compare to countries around the world.
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete” Buckminster Fuller said.
