In 2018 the International Property Awards granted Portugal Homes the Best Real Estate Agency Website in Portugal, with a ceremony held in London, at the Savoy Hotel. This prestigious recognition is very important for us, at Portugal Homes, given that it is international recognition of the good work developed throughout the year. This award also shows how the company’s Marketing Department is an important key to the brand’s international recognition, as it makes sure that the company stays ahead of the real estate market trends and brand expansion throughout more than 35 markets worldwide. The candidates were evaluated by an independent panel of 80 industry experts, focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel at the occasion was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The Awards are in their 25th year and cover 48 different residential and commercial categories, regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, the USA, the UK, and the Asia Pacific region.
