João is a part of the Project Development and Construction Department, delivering outstanding expertise in project management, project execution planning, architectural surveying, and licensing. João takes pride in one of his academic accomplishments, an in-depth thesis on wood construction and sustainability in the Azores region.
Originally from the autonomous island of the Azores, he has lived on the mainland and spent one year in Florianopolis, Brazil. He is an avid lover of model making and sailing in his downtime.
