Job Description

Harland & Poston Group, a leading real estate developer, is looking to add talented individuals to our Operations Department. The Operations Department forms the foundation of our strong organizational structure, supporting our commitment to excellence in service. We seek individuals eager to grow and learn within our organization.

Profile & Skills

We are hiring a Coworking Community Manager for an exciting upcoming project in Lisbon city center. As a Community Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the coworking space, inspire your team, and create a welcoming environment that promotes customer satisfaction and retention.

Office Location: Praça da Alegria Office & Coworking Space once open

Contract Length: Full-time 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (subject to adjustment once the coworking space is operational)

Education:

- Degree in management, business administration, or a relevant field – Mandatory

Experience:

- 2-5 years of progressive work-related experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, or administration

Skills:

- Ownership mentality with problem-solving capabilities

- Strong communication skills and customer service experience

- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment

- Proficient in MS Office

- Goal-oriented

- Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space

- Organize community events, such as seminars and workshops

- Promote the coworking space and attract new members

- Secure member retention

- Provide support and engage with members

- Maintain a vibrant and productive workspace

- Introduce new members to the community

- Manage invoicing, payments, and membership agreements

- Coordinate mail and package deliveries

- Support the marketing department with social media and marketing content
